When I called Friday morning, they said they would be there to take a look at my washer at 5pm. I waited and they never showed or called to say if they were coming or not coming. Saturday morning, I called to ask if they were going to come and see if they could fix my washer and they said they ran late the night before so they didn't come, and they can't call either apparently. They did finally show around 2pm Saturday. Charged me $190 for half a deposit to order the part and said they would be back Tuesday to fix it. Tuesday came and went with no call or text until I text to see if they would show. They said that they weren't coming because they didn't have the part. The part took over a week to come so a week after they said they would be out to fix my washer they finally came and within a 1/2 hour had it fixed and charged me the remaining $190. So once you can get them to come maybe they can do the job but good luck getting them to come or make contact when they say they will.

We have had an ongoing problem with our ice maker in our Samsung refrigerator. Kris came out to fix it. There have been a lot of problems with this same issue on the Samsung ice maker. Kris stood by his work and came back out to try another fix for the problem. Samsung created an ice maker that leaked air into the area, causing condensation. Kris has tirelessly worked on the problem for us and today I believe we are finally up and running. If you want a repair company that will stand by their work, this is the company for you. I won’t call anyone else to do any of my appliance repairs. He is the best I’ve found and appreciate his honesty and reliability.

A fair price, on time to the minute, no mark up on the parts, diagnosed and repaired the LG washer super quickly. No hesitation in recommending the work done or the organization. chris came down to la pine to check out the noise my washing machine was making. he was very proffesional and it took no time at all to fix the problem. i would reccomend him highly to anyone.
