We have had an ongoing problem with our ice maker in our Samsung refrigerator. Kris came out to fix it. There have been a lot of problems with this same issue on the Samsung ice maker. Kris stood by his work and came back out to try another fix for the problem. Samsung created an ice maker that leaked air into the area, causing condensation. Kris has tirelessly worked on the problem for us and today I believe we are finally up and running. If you want a repair company that will stand by their work, this is the company for you. I won’t call anyone else to do any of my appliance repairs. He is the best I’ve found and appreciate his honesty and reliability.

chris came down to la pine to check out the noise my washing machine was making. he was very proffesional and it took no time at all to fix the problem. i would reccomend him highly to anyone.
