Only did surface cleaning, did not do the corners. Owner was not interested in seeing the last job done and how bad it was. She said she would refund my payment. My complaint was: kitchen floor was not clean, refrigerator had streaks, counters were gritty, living room floor was dirty, bedroom furniture had dust on the headboard of the bed and the dresser had enough dust on it to write my name in It (the excuse was that she did not move anything when she dusted), the master bath floor was not clean and the lanai floor had not been vacuumed. Wow! I guess I should not have left them alone.

"I am very sorry that you were unsatisfied with the work. However we did try to return to fix the problem areas and unfortunately my girls had to leave as I was on the way to also address the problem due to them feeling uncomfortable since the front door was slammed upon their arrival and entering the home ready to fix anything that was missed or not done very well and you seemed to be very irritated so unfortunately the only way to resolve the issue was to refund your money instead of resolving the issue which I thought would be easily done since we had done many cleanings before and you were completely satisfied with the work and said everyth"
