"Kyle had contacted our company around 08-19-2020 looking for a new pool cleaning service due to the current one he had for some time could not keep his pool from turning green in between cleanings. My son and I meet Kyle on 08-21-2020 and decided to service his pool. We discussed our services, payment options thru Quick Books and that we want to be paid on the 1st of the month for the service of that month, like every other pool company. I also added the remainder of August cleanings (Total 2 cleanings) to his September invoice to simplify everything. We did the first cleaning while on-site. We also installed a new timer motor in his pool timer for "FREE", as a thank you for the business. The problem started with Kyle when I sent him my September Invoice which included the 2 cleanings for August and the cleaning for September. He decided just to pay for the August cleanings and sent me an e-mail stating that he will be good for the money but is not going to pay until the end of the month. I responded by e-mail stating that I am not willing to be paid that way. Never got a response to that email and continued to clean his swimming pool. On 09-14-2020 Kyle sent me a payment for the 2 cleanings we had done in September. On the 09-17-2020 I notified Kyle by e-mail that we should part ways and wished him the very best. I have no hard feelings against Kyle just not willing to do business that way. There were no phone calls made by him, nor did I call block him. He is still listed un-blocked in my customer list on my phone. He informed me by e-mail that the liner had wrinkles in it due to low alkalinity, which was not there on our last cleaning, we take pictures of every pool after each cleaning and do a chemical test on every pool that we clean. We also email pictures and test results to each customer after every cleaning. The liner is fairly new and when I was informed of the wrinkling I suggested that he call the guy who installed it to get a professional opinion since the installation of vinyl liners is not my expertise. What I do know about the cause of vinyl liner wrinkles in an in-ground pool is the water table rising and hydro-static pressure under the liner, due to the excessive rain we have had here in Tampa. I also know that it would take years of over chlorinating or extreme low PH levels to cause wrinkles. Not a drop in alkalinity over a couple of days due to rainfall. There was no damage done to the vinyl liner of Kyle by anything we did by cleaning his pool. Jerry Haller, Crystal Clean Pools and Spa LLC."
