One Time Interior House Cleaning

Jenny started out by postponing our agreed on date by one day. She worked for two hours, then got an emergency phone call and left, telling me she would return the next day to finish. Then she ghosted for a while. Then rescheduled a couple of rimes and no showed. Now ghosting again. I paid her way too much for those two hours because she was like able and I believed she would return and honor her commitment. Wrong.

You got me Crystal Cleaning! I should be able to give 0 stars, but not an option.This was the worst money I have ever spent, however, you ran out so quickly you left your giant bottle of cleaning solution on my porch. You also left trash. I was looking for a recurring house cleaning service - I am still looking. I have a 3700+ sqft house and you were in and out in 1 hr. 45 mins. Impossible! Here were my observations after you left: *My upstairs carpet (only carpet in the house) was not vacuumed *Showers were not cleaned - could have pretended if the stainless steel was at least shiny *Bathroom (all 4 of them) floors were not vacuumed or mopped *Entire hardwood floor was sort of swiped with the Bona mop I PROVIDED, however, never spray any cleaning solution *Hardwood floor also was not vacuumed or swept before Bona was pushed around *Toilets were not cleaned-simply dumped with some solution in them for us to see *All countertops and sinks still had water spots on them *Beds were barely made, couch cushions/pillows were;t touched *does 't seem like any cleaning solution was used anywhere, nor did we smell any the entire time (we were home the whole time) I have spent 3 hours wiping counters, vacuuming, and mopping since you left. I would like a refund! This is a total scam! Do not hire Crystal Cleaning! Do better Angi!

They came with inappropriate tools for the job as it was described. My wife and I took the right tools behind them and and pulled a lot more dirt. They dropped a number of things on our brand new wood floor and left a gouge in our entry way. They did get a lot of the big stuff... but no attention to detail.

Crystal Cleaning did a great job cleaning our rental property after moving out. I was unable to be at the property during cleaning so she took pictures and sent me updates as the house was being clean. Felt safe letting her into my house to clean and she did a great job.
