Crystal Clear Cleanings, performs service and repairs on all brands. We take the worry out of caring for your hot tub. We are pleased to offer scheduled maintenance contracts for your hot tub and/or pool. Our most common service provides for bi-monthly visits; however we can tailor a program to meet your needs should they be different. I was contacted by 3 different companies. Wes with CCC wasn't the first to contact me, but was the first to call. The others did not respond to my voice mails or emails in a timely fashion. I must admit, when Wes called, I could tell that he was a young man. It has been my experience in the past that sometimes the younger men offer alot of talk and with a little action. Since I really wanted to get my hot tub up and running, I gave him a shot, he and T.J. his helper were very professional. Wes knew his stuff, and I would not hesitate ti use them again.

In today's world, you rarely ever get what you pay for, and this is the first time I feel like I did. Not only did Wes come out to find out the problem, he came the second time to with the parts to fix it, and when I had another leak, the third time was at no cost at all. My wife has health problems and needs this tub to help ease her pain. Once Wes knew how important it was for her health, it seemed like he was there to help her, and his work was outstanding, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an honest man and company.

We are thrilled that we hired Wes for our hot tub repair. He contacted us and set up an appointment immediately and arrived as scheduled. Communication was wonderful and his quick evaluation of the problem was very professional. We needed a new heater. He found the best price and gave us the contact information to order. Initially, very impressed. First visit the issue was diagnosed and our hot tub cleaned/repaired on the second visit a week later. We used our hot tub about 10 days later for the first time and noticed that the water jets were not working. We called Wes, he said he was driving and would call us back - did not call. We called him the next day and confirmed a day/time for him to come out - did not show up and did not call. We have called and left multiple messages which have not been returned. We sent an e-mail message - no response. Very Dissappointed.

This review shows how CCC backs up its work! Wes came out in December of 2013 and got my very old hot tub back in shape.However, one of the heaters failed and melted. Wes came out and again showed me pictures of eactly what had gone wrong. He made it clear that the heater was under warranty and replacing it would cost me nothing. I am certain this was a product failure and not caused by the work done. He ordered a new heater and installed it. Now the hot tub works well again. There was no charge. I highly recommend CCC! They back up their work!
