Job was more involved than we originally thought, but they stayed and finished it. Great workers.

Uriel responded quickly after posting the project. He inspected our fixtures and helped to install a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. It was more difficult to remove the old appliances than expected, and Uriel handled it like a pro. Now our kitchen functions better and is easier to maintain.

Missing gasket on new garbage disposal. No problems getting out to project site or with price, but have not yet had response to inquiry about missing gasket, which is a safety issue.

A plumbing emergency required same day service. Uriel from Crystal Clear fixed our such that we could get by, and then he came back when the ordered part was received. Great work- great price!

Sergio did a bait and switch, so I emailed them to let them know. The owner called to yell at me, finally said they would refund the money so I could be someone elses problem. ... B -} UPDATE: AFTER SOME DISCUSSION, THE MATTER HAS BEEN SETTLED. IT IS CLEAR THAT THE PLUMBER WHO DID THE JOB WAS NOT THE OWNER, SO WE LEFT IT AT THAT. IF YOU ARE A SENIOR, ALWAYS GET A WRITTEN CONTRACT BEFORE WORK IS DONE. The work actually done was removal of paper from the pipe, which had been caught in the roots. In the future, I Will be using chemicals to eliminate roots.

Fast

The plumber put the sink in January 17th, but I had to wait 5 days and made many phone calls for the plumbing to be connected. He did come back and complete the job.

Alex called me as soon as i accepted the quote.. within 1 hour he arrived and finished work in a timely manner.. great work!!

The people that work for Crystal Clear, are great people, they do a lot excellent work for the money. I've had other plumbing Companies that tried to fix our problems, two other Companies, but they couldn't help us out, and were misleading. The guys at Crystal Clear figured it out, and boy were we, and still are very happy campers. If we ever have a problem in the future, they will be the first and only place that we would let work on our home. Very friendly people to have in our home. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends. But we like to keep them for our selves, just in case we ever need them. Great Work, Great People, Great Company.
