I implore you not to hire this company. The owner of the company (Allan Sloan) came into my house and promised complete the removal of mold in two weeks' and make my home safe again. He did neither. I wish I would have done my research first. Please do yours. Google the owner, Joel Allan Sloan. He has a long history. We are still fixing damages from his company and crews he brought into my home. In my opinion, he is dishonest and doesn't keep his word and follow through with his promises. Buyer Beware

Run away, don't walk. I hired them to do mold remediation in my house. Poor job the first time leaving visible mold and dead bugs. They came back and did a second pass. Still missed mold and thousands of dead bugs. I texted him repeatedly to come do a follow up mold test that he has not answered six months later. Worst customer service I have ever seen. My only recourse is court. Plenty of pictures available.

"When we first met with this customer and performed a visual inspection and air quality test, he was advised as to the complete scope of remediation that needed to be completed in the entire property. He was adamant that he only wanted the basement area addressed. We even offered to remediate those areas at no additional cost so we could ensure the mold issue would not return. Against our better judgment, we agreed to remediate the basement area, with adjustments to our normal assurance nothing would return. Once we completed the remediation, he did call and asked me to come back. I returned, went over his concerns, and brought back a team too."

I wish my words would be enough to describe the level of appreciation, gratitude and thankful that I have for this company and the owner Mr Allan. I had an emergency on the weekend where we needed the air quality checked that had to be done in order to get through the inspection. He contacted me right away and the work was done immediately. Very professional and they went above and beyond. They had the equipment to test the air quality on the scene versus having to wait to send it off for results. This company has been in business many years. I highly recommend.

Crystal Clear was not only extremely thorough but very educational. Allan was extremely pleasant to work with and made sure I understood what causes mold so that we would t have the problem again! So rare these days, seems life everyone just looks out for themselves but not Allan! He wants you to understand!
