Gary is a salesman to say the least, with that comes upcharges and lies. After signing contract he went up on the charge before finishing the install. It wasn't a big issue but then he tells you if you sell 2 pools he would give you a slide. He knew we wanted a slide. We sold him a job that was over 80k, also one around 45k. He then says prices of pools went up so I can sell you this used slide at cost. He did not honor his word on the slide. I called to settle a bill with him that I had just received a phone call about and he starts fussing with me about dodging him and not paying him. Not sure why I would call the office back if I was trying to do that. 2 more friends got pools from him one was unlevel. After putting water in it the skimmer side was at the correct level but the top step was still out of water. He called G to come out and Gs answer was just put more water in it. Told another new install he could not get all wrinkles out. Its normal to have them in the floor! Liar Lia

I called other places and seemed as if I couldn't bother them, I called you and without hesitating you assisted me. Thank you to you and your team for helping me find my solution to the hot tub issue. I would recommend your company to anyone in need.

Called in late March to set up an appointment for our pool to be cleaned and opened for summer. Scheduled them to come out on 5/16 and we paid over $300 at the time of service. They put chemicals in but then never returned to vacuum. We keep having to call and they return to put more chemicals in and say theyâ ll be back in one to two days to vacuum but never return. The pool clears up and then goes right back to murky because of rain and the leaves built up from the winter. They sent us an additional bill for $90+ and havenâ t even completed the first service that weâ ve paid for. Itâ s been almost a month now and we still canâ t use our pool. Would recommend just buying a vacuum and doing everything yourself instead of using this company.

Please do your homework before choosing this company. I had to hire another company to fix what he did.

I would highly recommend this company. I had an inground pool installed and it is everything I wanted and asked for. Everyone was amazing! I couldn't have asked for better!

Prompt and courteous

This is an amendment to my previous review. The actual workers, the sub-contractors; were great! Always were on-site when promised, and went the extra mile to make this a pleasant experience. I wish I could have fired Crystal Clear Pool and Spa and hired them directly; as I did not have a good experience with the company owner. He under-bid the job from the beginning, and I had to beg to get the things he promised. I would highly recommend the actual workers; but in no way would I ever recommend Crystal Clear Pool and Spa... I would be happy to speak with anyone about this experience.

Totally professional. Came and looked at my hot tub. I had already paid one company to look and charged me $75, were there 10 mins and said there was no fix. Crystal Clear came, looked at the hot tub, found the problem, and fixed my hot tub that had not worked for over a year. I was charged less than $100 for parts, labor, and everything. I will recommend this company to everyone. They took care of a problem and didn't overcharge, and were totally professional
