I requested a quote from various providers for my hot tub draining and cleaning, specifically training on how to do so. Donnie at Crystal Clear Pool Care was very responsive to my request and one of the main reasons I decided to go with his company. He kept me informed on what to expect and was flexible. Cooper is who came out to our house and did what I like to call the drain and train, he showed us how to drain, clean and care for (chemicals) our hot tub properly. He even sent a follow up text to see how things were going. I highly recommend this company!
