Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
I have taken Ricky to court for a bad job. He agreed to pay me $1200.00. That was in Feb 2020. Still no pay. I have filed contempt charges. Still nothing.

Hired Rick to find and fix leaks in pool, replace liner, and fix lights in pool. He was so undependable, he showed up for like an hour or 2. Did not show up for a month then would come stay about an hour then would not see him again for another month. It took him from March to August to do the above. He never found the leak, we had to hire someone else for that. He is not reliable, a man of his word or a honest business man. I would say stay away from this company you will regret it.

"Sorry you feel this way bill! I've got 37 other reviews on here that beg to differ! The project did not start in march! The contract also did not include any fixing of leaks outside of the pool! Please re read your contract if needed! I understand and told you that your job took alot longer then it was suppose too! I had unfortunate situations that happened on my end that is not your fault but is why I took money of the final payment! Also not mentioned on this review! So when job was completed you realized that your pool was losing water. Then I went out and did another pressure text for you free of charge and you had a leak under your deck. Nothing to do with what I did bud. But j said i would help you out with it and get it fixed up. I then ran you a temp return line so your pool was still functioning for free. And told you once I get caught up with my work as you should of known first hand I was behind that season. But instead i kept getting harassing messages and threats from you! So once again I'm sorry that it took me alittle longer to complete the job but adding things to my responsibility after the fact isnt cool and I still would of went out and helped you but you decided to go another route. Sorry again bud I wish this ended alittle better and i will learn from this."

I was looking for someone late in the season to patch a hole in my liner. Most places refused to do it so late in the season. The one I found was $350 an hour and was a month out. I set up online with home advisor and within a half hour Ricky from Crystal Clear pools called and came out 2 days later and repaired for $70. Profesional and fast service. I called them back to close the pool which was also affordable. I will be using them again next season.

Ricky and his people were friendly, fun, professional, knowledgeable and actually did a couple of things differently that I asked. I cannot say enough about this company.
