Highly satisfied with Crystal Lake's work for snow removal. There were areas of the driveway that could have been clearer, but I can't fault Mike for that because we weren't home the first time he came by to do the job, and our driveway/parking area is oddly shaped. The hill was very well done, and the sidewalks and walkways exceeded expectations. Communicating with Mike was very easy. Definitely recommend this service.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Best PLOWING I've ever had! I have a very difficult driveway. Mike made it look like a breeze! His company offers a back plow system for difficult areas. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! TOTALLY RECOMMEND MIKE!!

Mike, the owner of Crystal Lake Construction, did an outstanding job installing a drain and drainage pipe in our yard after our basement was flooded following too many days of rain. Besides being highly skilled and knowledgeable in this line of work, Mike was always punctual, hardworking and fair. He respectfully listened to our concerns and and made every effort to accommodate our schedule and requests. His number one priority was to ensure our satisfaction. Working with Mike was a pleasure. Mike is an incredible person. He is extremely reliable and pays a lot of attention to his work. He installed a wood stockade fence for me and I would hire him to do any other work for me in the future. He has a good person working with him Alex and he is a very good worker also. He left my property extremely clean. He picked up everything, nothing was left behind. Hire him you will not be sorry.

Today was the first time Mike plowed our driveway. His truck is very large so we wondered if heâ d be able to maneuver through our â Lâ shaped driveway. He was able to work around the curve just fine. Heâ s a keeper!

Best snow plow guy I have ever had. My family has wildly different schedules day to day. They work with via text to coordinate the plowing so all can meet schedules. The communication is excellent which is what you need to make plans.

Mike was fantastic. He said that he would be here at 8:00 am and was on time both days. The job was more challenging that he originally thought but he did not increase his quote. Because of this,I gave him a little more money. I would recommend him to everyone and will be putting up his business cards in my place of work as soon as spring starts.
