When you call a company like Crystal Restoration, you are probably facing a stressful situation like I was. Dave and his team were extremely patient and responsive to my stressful situation. Dave came out to our house many times to check on the work being done; he and his team even came out on Saturdays, which is not typical. Throughout the process, Dave was realistic and provided clear guidance on what should be done, what could be done, and what was not necessary to repair our home. He didn't advocate for unnecessary repairs. Another company told us that they would have to remove all the walls and ceilings and not to worry about it because insurance would cover it. As a result, I really felt I could trust Dave and Crystal Restoration. The crew that performed the demolition work in our home were amazing and really respected our house. The clean-up was impeccable! Outside of the walls and ceilings that they were contracted to remove, you would never know that they were here. We hope we are never in a situation where we need to use Crystal Restoration again but highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I can't say enough how great they are. They were there for us when we needed them the most. Their professionalism was truly unparalleled.
