The customer service was excellent...they were very nice people and even came back because we forgot to have the power put in our name on the new house so they lost power mid clean. But as we moved in and started unpacking, we kept noticing more and more areas that didn’t seem to get cleaned at all! The kitchen cabinets and drawers being the first thing we noticed. I wiped out cabinets and drawers and they were still very dirty. There were even several cabinets with garbage and an old bottle left from the previous owners that weren’t cleaned out so I don’t think some of the cabinets were even touched. We also paid $100 more to have the windows and tracking cleaned. The windows looked okay but the tracking was still filthy. The floor in the laundry room didn’t appear to be cleaned at all. I was very disappointed because we paid a lot of money to have a deep clean service done prior to moving in so that we wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning and could just worry about getting settled in. That definitely wasn’t the case. We have had to clean multiple areas over again ourselves before unpacking. I even tipped them because I didn’t start unpacking yet so I didn’t even realize how much didn’t seem to be cleaned at all. They were very nice people but I would never higher them again. We paid a lot of money only to have to do the work over again ourselves.

Attention to detail counts. Review all areas before they leave to ensure something wasn't missed.
