Communication promising to show up and not doing it. We made an appointment last night for today, he did not show up nor has he called nor has he answered any of my text messages.

My floors look fantastic. They refinished 500 sf of hardwood floor in two days. Great people to work with.

Ernesto and his staff were very professional and kind. I needed the job done quickly and he made it happen. I thought my wood floors didn't' have anymore life to them. He brought them back and they look like NEW! He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to keep my floors looking new for years to come. My family appreciated his hard work. This individual picked up the molding for the floors, dumped it in the living room, and then stopped returning my calls. So I have several hundred feet of molding in my living room and no one to finish it. He had some things to finish on the floors and never returned after I paid him for the work he had done so far.

Refinished hardwood floors.

Refinished original white oak hardwood floors in living room, dining area, hall, and two bedrooms. Also replaced ceramic tile on step down to family room with white oak to match. Really went the extra mile. Excellent workmanship. Very pleasant crew. Results unbelievably beautiful. I couldn't be happier.

Ernesto is most personable and professional. He was willing to give a free estimate exactly when it fit my schedule. He was always punctual. He was the only pro (of 4 who gave me estimates) who noted a prior poor patch job in the floor and asked if I wanted it repaired. He was willing to work the week of Christmas so I could get my rooms back together. He and his crew worked long and hard to complete the project in less time than was estimated. He was kind enough to move the furniture as part of his service (no extra charge). And he brought protectors which he placed on the feet of every piece of furniture as they were replaced. The floors are beautiful. So is his repair! I am most appreciative and recommend Ernesto without reservation. I'm grateful to have connected with him.
