He had already finished the job, but was not satisfied with the electrical breaker, so he ordered a different one. He was wiring a heater for a pool and didnât want to take a chance of eltrocution. We were thankful for his honesty.

The technician dropped the blade from my ceiling fan. As you can expect, it damaged the blade. He glued and then taped the piece that broke off - telling me it would be fine. When I tried to pull the tape off it took the finish off. He never apologized, never offered to replace the blade. I was not happy. It's taken me this long to write something because I wanted to be factual and not emotional. Offering to replace the blade would have been appreciated.

Haven't received my bill yet, so I can't rate the value. BUT they were awesome! Very professional and clean! Went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Which by the way, changed a couple of times. ;-)
