Great company

excellent install, quick call backs from tech, however getting a hold of the billing or local sales rep (who seems to answer all questions) is tedious - he does eventually get back to you. Pricing was middle of the 3 we estimated with - install was flawless and well done, unit works flawlessly. power bills dropped substantially due to decrease in water usage for cleaning cycle an.d hi efficiency of unit. low cust service rating is for the local office not techs.

Culligan came out and showed me that renting a water softner would be more beneficial then buying one since my house has hard water. Thanks Servicemagic for recommending them and thanks Culligan for saving me money.

Love the option of being able to rent the equipment. Allows us to use the service and ensure it is properly doing what is expected. Plus can apply the amount paid towards renting towards the final purchase price of that equipment or the option of upgrading.

Very informative

Terrible customer service, very difficult to get on the phone. After 4 weeks with misdiagnosis and almost $1000 in charges, I pointed out that it looked like the salt tank had a leak in it. They replaced tank under warrantyand problem appears solved. The repairman didn't show for 2 appointments. They need a shakeup in the customer service and repair departments. I intend to fight to get some of my money back, this was very frustrating.

Very professional team

Culligan is the only one that can work on their softeners. They won't share parts.

I have not proceeded yet but I have been impressed with their response time. I received an e-mail from them the same day and spoke to their rep. I will be contacting them within a week to move forward on my project.

The scheduling for the repair was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!! The technician Donnie was the best however. He really knew his trade and was kind, and very quick. He educated both my husband and myself about the problem and future trouble-shooting.

I was very satisfied with the speed in which the contractor got back to me. Jeff was the gentleman that came out and explained the service to me. He was professional, polite, courteous, he was really a gentleman. My system was taken care of in a very timely manner and very professionally. I was extremely pleased with the service and I would recommend this to anyone.

Clear and upfront about pricing. Answered all our questions

Very reasonable price. Work was outstanding. They had to dig a 50 foot trench that was filled with rocks. It was really hard work. Took a team of 3 guys two days to get it finished, but the final product was great. :) Highly recommend.

Reasonable cost for ph imbalance in well water. so far so good.

Great service professional attitude!

I'm very happy with the soft water system I had installed. Culligan had a very good intro rate on equip rental with potential for later purchase.

We hired them in the sense that they provided a free assessment of our water and then gave us advice on how to proceed (no remediation needed). However, we followed up with them on another question and may re-engage with them on the second issue once we close on the property and move in.
