Having second problem with hi-dollar Hans Unit for home. Similar to last time I am told there is no local tech support altho they will put me on service list. The earliest date for service is 13 days. Very similar to the response time for our first problem.

These past nineteen months while we navigated COVID-19 and the Big Freeze together has caused an unpredictable Local and NATIONWIDE dilemma, as we all have experienced. We are committed to keeping our customers informed of the latest developments on how the shutdown and its long-term issues, in your case- it's employee staffing, may continue to affect our business. Our teams have been working diligently and to the best of our abilities, in the below areas to maintain seamless operations. Here?s what we have been doing: * Have Wait List: In case of changes/services completed early; able to get your appt moved up ? Hired an outside HR firm to help recruit personnel in needed areas of the business ? Our employees are working overtime and weekends ? Extending our current Employee $500 Recruiting Bonus to customers, if they refer an employee candidate that we hire and stays with us for at least 90 days. Please know we appreciate your patience Robert, and we are doing everything humanly possible to keep our phones answered and customers serviced. They sent a tech at first. He didnâ t know what he was doing. He sat in the truck for 2 hours. I fired him. They sent another and he was great. I wanted a clean look and he did it. Payed a plumber to find the line to the house. Glad I did. Looks a lot better. These techs are not licensed plumbers. But over all Stephen was great as the sales man.

The lady who did our water testing was thorough & informative. The install people were efficient , professional & went to great lengths trying to preserve our lawn while looking for underground water lines. We did encounter an issue with our purchase plan after the fact, but Rick Keck (the GM) spent a great deal of time with us & he exceeded our expectations on a resolution! This is a great company that has good options for water treatment. Combined with a lot of people who do good work & management that cares to make the customers happy if an issue arises.

Questionable Sales Tactics and Poor Customer Service. Spent $3,900 on home water treatment system. Salesman told us 1 yr of quarterly Salt service included. After 1st Service, received bill of $65 for salt. Called in and they told me they would take care of. Last week received another bill with late charges added. Left 2 messages for call back but answering service says they are very busy. Going to BBB next if they don't resolve this. Very sad!
