Culsin Landscaping

I hired Javier to do some Lanscaping pavers and artificial turf. I paid $10k for a 20 x 40 foot backyard. I was definitely taken. The patios are not level, the turf is installed incorrectly and cut with gaps around the edges. I had him come out three times to correct it and he only made it worse, he broke my water spicket and didn't fix it and left in a hurry. He shows up in your backyard unannounced and bangs on the back door late in the evening, complaining that he his going through a divorce, is lonely and smells of alcohol which is completely inappropriate. I had to install a doggie door so my dog could go outside and put a sign on the gate to keep him from trespassing. The most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. I have to pay another $5k to get the disaster he installed fixed. He completely took advantage of me. I don't recommend him especially if you're a single female. He says he's bilingual but only when it suits him when trying to get him to fix his work.
