I ordered windows in June, paid half down, and still have no windows installed and I have been lied to several times about excuses for no-show install dates.

Shannon is a straight up liar. There's no other way ro say it. He starts off as a good guy and on top of everything, but as soon as he has some of your money in his pocket, he disappears. He's a spineless piece of slime. To make matters worse, he hides behind his employees.

PUBLIC WARNING TO PULASKI COUNTY RESIDENTS! It is time we spoke out for the sake of others. We have kept quiet so as to avoid escalating our situation any more, but it has come to my attention that this company continues to harm others and I can not allow that on my conscious. Two years ago we hired this company and their leader, Shandon Layne, to build us a lake house which would be our second Airbnb. After taking the first deposit of $125,000, they did virtually no work within the contract for 7 months. When we terminated the contract due to breach and asked for our money back, they refused to give it back. We have been waiting on a lawsuit to work through our judicial system for over a year now. A summary judgement was filed in December of last year. It normally takes 1-3 months for a judge to rule on this. It has been almost a year. We are patiently waiting for the judge to tell this man to give us our money back. The selfish part of me wants them to be a successful business so that they have money to give us when our lawsuit is settled. However, I have recently learned that this business continues to hurt people, take their money, and provide no goods or services. I urge you to avoid this company at all costs and do no business whatsoever with Shandon or Brianna Layne. We order a garage door in Jan 2023, paid 50% down and told it would be about 4 weeks and 2 more weeks to schedule install. Communication was always one sided, we would have to call and check on status. They would never return calls and very seldom answer our calls. We continuously were told door would be in next week and blamed the manufacturer. In Sept I went to Cumberland Door and spoke to the owner Shandon Layne and he promised to my face to make it right. In November we asked for money back and they said no because door was ordered. I called the manufacturer directly and found out that Cumberland Door was no longer a customer of theirs and the lead time on their doors was 3 weeks. Again requested our deposit back and was ghosted from there out. Filed a small claim against them and was awarded judgement in our favor. We still do not have our money back so have to continue to keep after them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!!

Highly recommend Cumberland Door! They were very responsive, professional, friendly, and did quality work for a reasonable cost. I called them at the beginning of the week and the job was done by the end of the week. Fantastic!

Not completed yet but I ordered a brown door and they brought a white one.

They were quick and done a good job.
