I really did not want to leave any review but the issues John overlooked during our inspection were just too big that we spent thousands to repair. The biggest ones are rotten windows, warped garage walls, etc., The quality of his inspection was just so poor.

John was great. He encouraged me to join him during the inspection, answered all my questions and gave me an education along the way. His report was detailed and really helped me understand the condition of the home.

John was very responsive, and he was very thorough. He did a pre-drywall inspection of my home, which is under construction. I would recommend being present for the inspection, as he shares lots of valuable insights and suggestions which may not necessarily end up in the written report.

John (owner) was great to work with. I was able to schedule the inspection within a couple of days and he showed up on time. The report itself was fantastic, with pictures and videos, links to detailed information, approximate cost of addressing each repair or suggestion, and links to service providers. It was available online and in PDF format for easy sharing. All that - and his cost was 25% less than the inspector my realtor recommended. I will definitely use this company again!

John taught me a lot. Now I know exactly what to look for when buying a home. He did an amazing job. Very kind and took his time to explain everything in a friendly matter.
