Very pleased with Cumberland Wash Proâ s (CWP) lawn aeration service. Coordinating [timing/service] with Jim regarding when the work could be completed was easy. CWP was able to get it done early within my requested timeframe. Iâ ve done this work myself beforeâ for yearsâ and admittedly pretty particular on how itâ s done. However, I was ready to let a pro do the work. CWPâ s operator, John, did an excellent jobâ meeting my standards in path/coverage and core depths 1.5 to 2.5 inches. (Because of access limitationsâ i.e., gate widthsâ CWP arranged to rent a core aerator instead of using their larger commercial equipment.) Both Jim and John were very customer focused and a pleasure to work with. We hope to call on CWP again for lawn aeration and possibly other home/yard services as well. KDS

Cumberland went above and beyond our expectations and did just a fabulous job cleaning our exterior home and roof including detached garage. We came home to find our entire front porch area also spotlessly cleaned as well as our back porch area - even the drive in front of our garage. Much more was done than we contracted for. Our moldy, mossy roof and siding is now sparkling and we could not be happier. They responded immediately and this amazing job is complete literally within just a few short days of my initial contact with them. Weâ ve not been this pleased with any companyâ s customer service and performance in a very long time. Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding - far exceeded expectations! Very professional, hard working, thorough, attentive to detail. They cleaned our roof and gutters and power washed our patio and driveway. All look brand new!!! Anything we could have done with a rented power washer would have been a complete waste of effort and money. We will definitely be repeat customers.

They did an excellent job cleaning my motherâ s house! It has been many years since the outside of the house had been cleaned and it being an older home, the brick was dirty and the white siding was mildewed. But after the siding, the roof , the deck, driveway, and porch were cleaned by Cumberland Wash Pro, the house looks so much better and newer! Customer service was excellent and the job was done thoroughly and with quality. My mother is very happy!
