Can't say enough about the speed and efficiency of this service. When the 2026 winter storm first hit we noticed an issue with the fan on our outdoor unit. He dropped everything and arrived within the hour at dinner time. He diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the part that he brought with him. We were impressed that we didn't have to wait for the part like most other companies. He was friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. We would recommend CFC to our friends and family.

If I could give a 10 star review I would !! Evan was great at advising us on the most economical way to heat our finished basement. He reviewed all options with us and we decided on a mini-split to supplement our current heat pump. It’s the best decision we’ve ever made. We went from a drafty basement that we avoided all winter to a cozy and comfortable room we can use year-round. Best of all our utility bills have gone way down. Evan was prompt and professional. The customer service is fantastic and we would definitely call CFC for any future HVAC needs.

First of all, Evans is very helpful. It's hard to find a technician that is willing to service 20+ year old HVAC systems. He also took time to explain the problems with the system. A technician who explains things is a good technician in my book. Second, he is considerate. He offered different solutions at different price points, explained the pros and cons of each solution and let me decide. Not everyone can afford or is willing to replace the entire system if it can still be repaired. I'm glad I came across a technician that still offers repair solutions to an old system. To make a long story short, I would recommend this guy, especially to those who need to have their old AC system serviced.

Evan was very professional and did an amazing job installing my new unit. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Always recommend him to all my friends and family when they have any hvac problems!

I called them to go to my mother in law's property in the south end of louisville, kentucky. She just said the ac doesn't work. I warned them that she is a hoarder and house is a mess. It turned out there was a carcass of a dead cat preventing the blower/fan to circulate the air. They disposed of the carcass and got the a/c going again. They was very professional about the situation. And my mother in law said the technician was very kind to her.

Cummings contracting came out to our 89 degree house on the same day and got our system running in no time. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs.
