Stephen did not work an 8 hr day or a full week of work. The initial issue of drainage still persist. Dropped of material after being paid a lot of money never returned, never returned calls or text messages. Lumber is still sitting in my front yard. His tools, scaffolding and concrete mixer is still sitting in my backyard. This has been outstanding since October 2019.
