I called him last minute on a very busy snow day and asked to employ his services to replace one that never showed up. He responded quickly and did an excellent job. The communication was a little dificult because of their busy schedule but the project was completed on time and turned out extremely well. We were very satisfied with their work and the cost.

Victor thoroughly reviewed the situation with my basement. They found several things that were all contributing to the water problem. He gave me a bid and called to explain the time, materials and manpower so I could understand what was needed to completely irradicate the problem. Since I can not financially do all of the work at once (which included excavating 8' down from the surface to repair drain tiles), we broke it up in to some smaller increments for immediate relief until the bigger repair could be done. All of these will make improvements to the water that runs off my neighbor's property and seeps up into my basement.
