Paul really knows what he is doing. We had outside drains that were clogging. They were so bad and he did what he could but they were so bad he recommended the best way to clear it out. There is tree limbs involved so you can imagine. We are working on the solution. He didn t push like a salesman so until we decide what to do I felt he was so helpful. Thanks Paul. We will be using your company in the future!

I had a complicated drain clog. I contacted Cupertino Plumbing and arranged for a free estimate. Although the repair cost was somewhat expensive, I would rate the quality of work as very good. About one week later, the drain clogged again. They came out and cleared it with no additional charge.

I had an emergency repair request.The first guy, Daniel, that came out did not know what he was doing. Daniel was writing up the original invoice and then adding additional costs and labor. I had to go another day without use of my kitchen sink. Misrepresentation of quote and repairs. Simple repair became complicated. Daniel was at my place for 2 hours then left for lunch. He did not not accomplish anything and then left a mess. Was I being taken advantage of because I was a single woman? I paid $1700 for a job that should have probably only costed me $700 at the most. I will not hire this company again. Customer service was shoddy. Frank, you should be ashamed.

They were the only one to answer quickly and take an actual look at what my need was. The others were not interested and asked me to take pictures of my project and send to them, which I did, and they still did not come out and made excuses as to why they were held up. Cupertino Plumbing was perfect! I'd recommend them over and over again!

I have a new go-to plumber. I received two calls from them yesterday almost immediately after requesting service, another today to confirm, and a call from the technician to tell me he was on the way. He even arrived early. Prompt, courteous service is becoming rare and it's nice that Cupertino Plumbing extended both.
