Anthony was a huge help for me. Not only did he do a great job repairing my chimney and re-affixing the cap, but he was able to get out to do it very quickly. I had called a chimney company at first, but they wanted a ridiculous amount for the job and demanded that i pay for a full cleaning and inspection, even thought I explained that it was recently done and I simply needed the cap fixed since it blew loose in a storm. Anthony was straight and to the point, got the job done while I was at work, and then came back later to fill me in on what he had to do and to get paid. I would definitely give him a call if you have anything around the house that needs work...if he can do it, hire him!

I first hired Anthony to paint a room; he did a great job (nice clean lines where the walls meet the ceiling and floors) so I asked him to do several other small projects including installing closet doors, a pet door through an exterior wall, and pull-outs in my kitchen cabinets. He did everything in a thorough and efficient manner, and his prices were very reasonable. He is busy and I did have to wait in between jobs but he was worth the wait. He's friendly and personable and always kept me informed of his status, then showed up just when he said he would. I will definitely hire him again whenever I need a handyman for any project.

First came an estimate. Once hired,& furniture relocated, Anthony came and did all the spackling over a period of a couple of days. They picked up the paint for all the rooms and began. They work a full day without leaving for breaks. Anthony is the painter & Tom is the trim/touch up guy who loves music & tells great stories. Our ceilings are textured but Tom worked a miracle on some cracks with a spackle spray and made them look like new before painting them. They do go the extra mile when necessary. All the rooms look great! I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

I hired Anthony M. from Cure All Household Needs to replace two gable vents on the garage side of my house. A squirrel had eaten through the material of the old ones. The material he used did not last one day--the squirrel chewed a hold through it and was back in the attic. He was paid for the work that he did. I asked him to get gable vents that squirrels could not chew through; he bought some other vents that looked just as flimsy. He never came to finish the job--he always said that he was too busy. He was paid for the initial installation. The owner is unprofessional in that he does not follow through with projects and is unreliable.

"I Did purchase the vents from Home Depot. I don't make the vents I just install them. I also asked the customer to hire a company to make sure the squirrel was out and there where no babie's.. She insisted they were out.So I installed two vents. The squirrel had eaten through one vent. I went back and made repair to the one vent the squirrel chewed through, at no coast. The work was all performed last year."

As an out-of-town landlord, I looked to ServiceMagic for handyman services and hired Cure All based on the overall excellent rating. Big mistake. He charged $300 to replace a $70 bathroom vent/light with a lesser grade light that took him an hour and a half to do. He did not fix any of the various other issues that he was asked to. $300 for 1.5 hours, best paid, non-performing handyman in NJ, I would say.

"Im sorry Eileen feels the way she does, but there was a lot more involved then 1.5 hours. There where multiple trip to Home Depot, the original installlation of the combination vent/light was not done right, other material was required.(fan and other materail approx. $120.00) I also fixed a light switch, loose outlets and a broken kitchen draw. Eileen sent a check for $150.00 right away and I just received a check for the other $150.00 a few weeks ago, for work that was performed the months ago. I never received a call to return for any work that I did not perform."

recently, I had some major repair done on my home. the repair entailed new plywood, new shingles, almost new everything. Anthony Matarazzo did the repairs and I was so pleased with the outcome. Hired Anthony to dismantle bathroom vanity, remove mirror, patch wall, job progressed to spackling and painting. He also installed vanity, sink and vanity top new baseboards, faucets. He was very accomodating as far as my schedule and very patient with my indecision. I thought he was very personable and professional Overall i am very pleased with his job and will be hiring him to do other work for me
