They were well equipped, efficient, personable and very professional. They were forthcoming about what they were doing, which is important to me. They cleaned up very well when the job was done. The job took about 3 hours, which was reasonable given that the affected circuit involved a short in the three-way switch and multiple light part of the circuit. They discovered rodent chewing that exposed all three wire strands between the lights in a high slanted ceiling that was directly under the insulation and sheeting for the roof. Job well done!

Beware! They don t have their own equipment So if you need to replace bulbs in the sign and is higher then 10 feet, they need to rent the lift and charge you $642 for it

"We are very sorry that you were unhappy with our price. For the safety of our people we follow OSHA rules. we do not own a lift to work on large signs, and we can not just use a ladder on these. we have to rent them. unfortunately they do cost quite a bit to rent, and it costs to have our crew go pick one up and deliver it to your site. You also did tell us that quotes form others were much higher but you thought they were out to make a quick buck. We did not do any work for you, you just didn't like our price, we even waived the dispatch fee for you. Maybe it was our fault for not explaining why the cost was high for working on a high outdoor sign. We wish you luck in getting your electrical work done."

This company assigns an electrician to the homeowner. Consequently when he came, he already knew things about the house because he had provided service before. Ryan is very conscience of the cost of work and discussed all aspects with me as well as what he recommended. He work through some problems very efficiently.

Professional mannerism -great idea when dealing with certain households (single women, older adults, etc. that is to have 2 individuals rather than just one person,) otherwise it could be intimidating or seem very scary to ones who have had bad experiences. These ones were very professional, courteous. The name on the receipt was Barry and my wife who was home at the time was very impressed on how he and his partner handled the situation. Professionalism in business, is what makes and brings recommendations.
