Allan came in on time, performed the inspection and samples gathering and had us a great report back within the week.

Mold Remediation went amazingly well. We're still in the renovation process. Allan and all of the team (family) are very kind, respectful, considerate, patient, friendly, reasonable, very knowledgeable and professional above all of that. My experience with the employees of Curtis Environmental, LLC has been extremely positive from the exchange of texts with Mr. Allan Sloan who manages our project. Mr. Sloan was always prompt, courteous, professional & straightforward in his dealings with me but always explained things well & never failed to do what he said he would. There isn t a single thing I would change about this company or Me. Sloan s manner of conducting business & relating to his clients.

Overall, we were happy with this vendor. The only negative was in the follow through. I had to keep contacting to get our results.

Allan and Abby were great. I have been putting this off for 15 years but this year the mold was becoming intolerable. I was impressed with the large crew of specialist (some days 11-12 different people) in every area to completely remove all moldy material, pull up rugs, clean house from top to bottom, garage, back porch and all went into a dumpster which was removed daily. In addition, 3 large air sweepers to remove dust, clean and remove old tile floor, moldy cabinets, placement of pod to temporary store things to save, arrange for duct cleaning, and anything else they or I could think of as needing cleaning or remediation. Only regret is I did not contact them sooner.

The whole crew was very professional, considerate, compassionate and detailed. They were very respectful of our home and what we were going through.The project manager, Abby, went out of her way to communicate with us each step of the way as to what they were doing and why and to make sure we were comfortable with everything.They worked with our insurance to assist us with the claim. We both already have health concerns and Curtis Services was informative as to what we needed to do to ensure we were not affected by the smoke. We would highly recommend this company.

Curtis Environmental is a company you can trust. Allan Sloan is very professional and knowledgeable in the identification and remediation of black mold. His crew was very thorough. Our house is clean and free of black mold. We already notice the house smells clean and we are not sneezing or caughing as we did caused by the black mold. Thank you Allan and Curtis Environmental.
