Central A/C - Service or Repair
Custom Air Conditioning has completely dropped the ball. My 8?month?old Carrier AC failed, and after waiting 24 hours for a diagnosis, I was told the computer board is bad. I had to call three times just to find out the replacement could take 3?5 business days ? meaning I?ll be without AC in Florida for nearly a week. This is a brand-new unit. There should be urgency, solutions, and accountability. Pull a board from a new unit, expedite the part ? do something. The CEO claims customer service is a priority, but my experience says otherwise
