Josh Terry was hired to fix a bedroom fan, fix electrical problem in bedroom, install new fan in kitchen and replace fixture in foyer. He showed up at the end of the day, couldn't fix the bedroom fan, installed kitchen fan without installing light, claimed he fixed electrical problem in bedroom and would send his employee back to finish up.. The only job that was completed was the foyer light. We paid him in cash, he gave no receipt. He never sent anyone back and ignored all the messages I left on both office phone and cell. Found out later electric in bedroom didn't work either.

"You know this review is in accurate. I fixed the bedroom circuit, and installed your light fixtures, the only issue was a manufacture default on your light kit in which we are not responsible for. What do you want or need to stop posting these reviews, look at my long list of happy clients, you make it appear that I am a scam artist, come on, your arguing over nothing, let me know what you need, of course im assuming you want your money back."

Run from this contractor! Josh talked a good game and that's why I hired him to install 2 TVs and move a cable hook up plate. He promised to leave any holes in "painting condition" meaning I wouldn't have to patch the holes - just paint. He did not bring the correct supplies to move the cable hook up and one of the TVs is crooked on the wall. I still have 3 large holes to be repaired. I tried repeatedly for many weeks to get him to come back and complete the job. The last time I spoke to him he said his partner would call - he never did. Now I need a new contractor for this small job.

"Ok, The TVs are not crooked. You were satisfied and happy, thats why you paid me. The holes, I told you we dont patch drywall, it said so in contract, I told you if I had time I would do it free. There is nothing to complete, you have paid me for the work done, there is nothing that I did not complete that you paid me for. If you want I will hire a drywall guy to patch your holes. Thank you."

TV Wall Mounting
Did a great job hiding the wires behind the wall and outside the house for the TV mounts. Were very flexible to get the job done during a short period of time and worked around other projects to do so. Fixed a couple of light switches at no cost. Would definitely recommend them.

Contacted CAS electric and got the best estimate for installing a garbage disposal. Great communication scheduling the installation. Josh came out and installed the garbage disposal, hauled away the old disposal and left the work area clean. Josh also gave me a first time customer discount and a warranty on his work. I definitely recommend CAS electric.
