We had Mr David Saunders clean the carpeting in my mother’s home. Mom is 102 years old and lives at home. Mr Saunders was not only a gentleman, he spoke up so my mother could hear him. He treated her with utmost respect as he deep cleaned her carpeting. We are delighted with the result. The carpets are clean and sanitized and the house smells fresh. Mr Saunders went above and beyond. He is a trustworthy and hard working man with top of the line cleaning machine. Ihighly recommend this service.

Owner went above and beyond to make a carpet cleaning happen for me the same day that I called. Super easy to communicate with, friendly and showed up when he said he was going to. David was very honest about rejuvenating our 25 year old berber carpet. After the job was done, I was absolutely astonished at the outcome. I was shocked to see the life he brought back to my carpet. The fibers were clean and lifted, and the rug looks amazing! He was very punctual and got the job done very quickly. I would highly recommend his services!

Dave showed up and got right to work. He worked extremely quickly and was done in about an hour. He was very professional and explained everything to us. He did our entire basement carpet and it looks beautiful! We had staining and calcium and salt caked on from a water softener leak. The carpet is back to brand new with no evidence of the stain. His price was great and very reasonable for cleaning and disinfecting. I would definitely recommend him and use him again!

David dis an amazing job! My carpet looks beautiful. He communicated with me and outlined exactly what he was going to do. The cost was exactly as he estimated. And his estimate was several hundred lower than some others. He was here on time. Got right to work. The cleaning took far less time than it takes me to do it with my old Bissell. Just all around great service. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with David Saunders from Custom Carpet Cleaning! He was punctual, professional, and truly an expert at what he does. David was also incredibly kind and thoughtful—he clearly loves animals and made sure our front door stayed closed while moving equipment in and out so our pets were safe. We just moved into a home with one large area carpet that was stained, smelly, and honestly pretty disgusting. David absolutely transformed it—every stain and odor is gone, and it looks (and smell) like new! He even took the time to explain his equipment and answer all of our questions along the way. We will definitely be repeat clients and already plan to call him again in the spring. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a true professional who goes above and beyond!

Dave did an amazing job in a heat wave AC couldn't get below 77 degrees. He worked hard to get all the stains out and there were more than seven areas on a off white carpet. I would recommend his level of commitment to customer satisfaction to anybody

I didn't get a receipt after the work was completed. The job was poorly done. He didn't even move any of the furniture and the dirt has resurfaced now.
