Barry and his daughter did an excellent job in cleaning my carpets and putting down scotch guarding to protect it in the future. This was the best carpet cleaning job I have ever had done! My carpet looks way better than before the cleaning!

The carpet stretch and cleaning was excellent. The communication was lacking. I specifically asked that they not unplug the Sleep-Number bed. They did and now I get to go through the time consuming process of reconnecting the computer in the bed with the WiFi and recalibrating the phone app. They also did not clearly specify that they would be moving nearly everything and they made use of the bathrooms a lot more difficult that it would have been if we had moved the pieces of furniture that could be easily moved. They also completely missed their first appointment.

Barry provided prompt, professional service to repair pet damage to our carpet. The results were excellent.

Custom Carpet Service is amazing! I had a large blood stain on a cream colored sofa and dispaired of getting it out. Even before agreeing to do the job Barry tried cleaning a single cushion to make sure it met with my satisfaction. It did. He was courteous, professional and thorough. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Very timely arrival, and work performed was outstanding

We had a large and medium size rugs that had numerous pet urine stains on them. Additionally the larger rug had a chew area. Not only did Barry take rugs offsite and clean, but also did the repair so it's not even noticeable. The price was good and the service was excellent. We'll use them again.

Actually we doubted there was hope for that dirty old carpet. But we were simply astounded at how beautiful and clean the carpet looked after he cleaned it. It even smelled nice and fresh. The cleaning bought more time for the carpet, and they are definitely our new carpet cleaners! We've been so happy with the cleaning!!

Very professional and accommodating. There was a mix up in the date for the pick up for my area rug and when I spoke to Barry, he assured me that someone would be out within the hour to pick up the rug. Amazing service. Would recommend them to anyone.
