They respond quickly to take your money but forget about ever hearing from them again to either finish the job or correct a problem.

Very reasonable and fair

Contacted HomeAdvisor contractor asked for half of the money for the job. Which he asked for half down $1,240 . Never came back or responded to my phone calls and text messages.

I had an issue with a gas leak that I needed taken care of for my house that I am selling. Due to the nature of the repair and due to the fact that my house was under contract, time was of the essence. The first person I contacted didn't bother to show up or call after I set up our initial appointment. Thankfully, I found Custom Climate control. I made an appointment with Alan and he was able to come out the same day. He was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly professional. He delivered what I needed, explained his work and left me as a satisfied client. I will recommend him to anyone and use him again in the future.

I paid for a service call from a competitor and it seemed pretty unreasonable that after 5 minutes they decide that the only reasonable thing was for me to replace my furnace for roughly $4000. I decided to call Home Advisor to get a second opinion, and was fortune enough to get a call and visit that same evening from CCC. They couldn't get the furnace to fire up since it needed several new pieces-parts, and when the back ordered piece came in that morning, they were out around noon and completed the job. Nice, friendly, diligent and I would do business with them again.

I hired Custom Climate Control to come take a look at an issue I was having with my garage losing power at my house in Cleveland Heights. The two gentlemen came on-time and were very professional. They found a faulty GFI Breaker / Plug in my garage and also replaced two old breakers. Also, they determined there was substantially more work that needed to be done and pointed out a number of recommendations. They also gave me a fair and detailed estimate on the additional efforts it would take to get my power back on. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great experience and value for your money.

The two-man team that installed our furnace was professional and personable. There was a delay in installation, but we were asked if we would agree to it. A mother with children had lost her heat due to a CO problem. We were asked if we would switch our time slot with her and we did. When our new time slot arrived, one of them had the flu-which was certainly not his fault. We finally got our furnace in 2 days later. The thermostat was faulty when they opened it, so our old thermostat is controlling the new furnace. Because we went out of town, installing a new thermostat had to wait for our return. We are now back and waiting to have it installed. Our current thermostat is not performing well. The team made a generous concession for us because of the delays in installation. It is now March 13, 2018. Since installation of our furnace in January, the temperature of the house does not reach the setting on the thermostat. Installer has been out several times and are unable to fix the problem. Thermostat is now set at 90 degrees and the furnace shuts off at 74! Custom Climate said it must be the thermostat and we will have to pay more to have a better one installed. We have not heard from them since my husband called them a couple of weeks ago. We are frustrated as I am sure they are also, but the fact remains that a brand new furnace is not functioning properly. We hate to have to pay a different company to fix our problem, but it looks like that is what we are going to have to do. After contacting the BBB about this businesses practices Custom Climate lied about their communication between them and me. According to them my furnace is not designed to reach the temperature of 76 degrees.

Had Custom Climate Control install a couple of WiFi light switches that required a neutral and I wasn't sure how to properly install them myself. Definitely recommend Custom Climate Control. I'll have them back this spring/summer to run electrical outlets in my backyard.

Custom Climate Control was very timely, professional. We had some issues with the working condition personally, but he did it without a problem anyways. He did a good job and showed up when he said he would and cleaned everything up nicely as well.
