They added cost at the end of the project, had to back twice to address issues and still did not complete. It is now mid winter and the wind blows through my place like a tent.

"Let me first apologize for the frustration this customer seems to have, we have not heard from Matt for 8 months and now we see this review. We did everything we could to accommodate Matt starting with a substantial discount on regular prices and a 5 month extension on the validity of our quote. Two times we got to the job to do the work he turned us away,which were never backcharged and chased payment for the work. Only half of the work recommended by us was contracted and the "extra cost" came from the building inspector requiring more than was contracted. We worked with Matt on everything we could. . This review is unfortunate."

Jon Burbank and his staff were diligent in their work, patient when confronted with any issues, and responsive with information and guidance for using the system. The system needed some tweaks after installation and Custom Climates was incredibly responsive to our needs. We are now living in the cool comfort of Central A/C!

Gas Heating and Furnace Service
We decided to replace our natural gas hot air furnace and associated central AC in the summer of 2010 and sought several bids for the work. Custom Climates offered the most competetive package and explained alternative options without pushing any "extras". The work was completed on time at the agreed to price. Jonathan Burbank and his staff were very professional and the system is working fine. We did have a problem this winter with a faulty thermostat and Custom Climates replaced it immediately without question or cost.
