CC helped me replace my water heater. It was a big project and I was super anxious. They're the best. They made it so much easier and I have full confidence in my new equipment. The staff were knowledgeable and respectful. I am extremely happy with the results.

Salesman was great. Informed and didn't waste my time. He had lots of options and I went with the Mitsubishi hyper heat. Financed it. Love the heat and AC. Changed my home completely. Quiet, comfortable, And my oil bill is gone.

Mitsubishi Ductless Mini-Split. After a fair amount of research I knew I wanted a Mitsubishi ductless minisplit. I went on their website, found three local "Diamond Dealers" or whatever Mitsubishi calls their preferred / trained retailers. Custom Climates solution of installing ductwork behind a kneewall in the second floor (I have a Cape Cod style house) was innovative and the only one of the 3 that offered that as a workable solution. Price was inline with the other 2 bidders, perhaps a little more, but their solution of burying the ductwork behind the kneewall is what sold me and my wife. Had a large unit installed downstairs and a second unit installed upstairs. Customer service: Extremely responsive. The unit upstairs behind the kneewall wasn't turning off when the room cooled to the desired temp. After a free visit, they recommended an ECOBEE smart thermostat which I would have to pay for to include labor. I politely told them that they either sized the rooms wrong or installed a faulty thermostat, neither of which was my fault. They agreed and installed a new ECOBEE smart thermostat for free. Then customer service followed up twice to make sure I was pleased with the service. 8 months later, everything is still working fine. I'd highly recommend them as the price was comparable to others, the quality was great, and they rectified an issue for free.

Throughout the whole process from quote to closeout, everyone was very patient with all our questions as this was a first install for whole house A/C. These guys know the products they install. All options were presented and discussed before the final decision was made. These guys came in way under another quote we had received. Everyone was courteous and the install was done in 2 days as promised. We would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Great job gals and guys!

Great crew, did everything as they said. Quality work!

Installation was done in April 2019. I requested permits mechanical and electrical) be pulled. Found out in June none were applied for. Permits finally in place by end of August. Finally, scheduled inspections for early November - FAILED mechanical inspection (requiring minor modifications, which were done). FAILED Electrical inspection - wiring did not meet national electric code and the fuse in the fuse box was not in accordance to the manufacture installation recommendations. Unfortunately I had paid them in full and finally gave up. I hired my own electrician to perform work need to be done to pass inspection. There was a lot of communication but not attention to detail. I would have expected better from a **Mitsubishi Diamond Elite** installer.

Very difficult to find someone experienced in radiant floor heating systems. Phil and his associate were excellent. Very professional and competent! My heating system is now working correctly. Yippie!

Jon Burbank and his staff were diligent in their work, patient when confronted with any issues, and responsive with information and guidance for using the system. The system needed some tweaks after installation and Custom Climates was incredibly responsive to our needs. We are now living in the cool comfort of Central A/C!

We decided to replace our natural gas hot air furnace and associated central AC in the summer of 2010 and sought several bids for the work. Custom Climates offered the most competetive package and explained alternative options without pushing any "extras". The work was completed on time at the agreed to price. Jonathan Burbank and his staff were very professional and the system is working fine. We did have a problem this winter with a faulty thermostat and Custom Climates replaced it immediately without question or cost.
