Would love to give a good review, as some of the folks seemed great to work with, but my overall experience was horrible. I was promised installation 2-3 weeks after down payment; 5 weeks later, after emails, texts & phone messages, I had heard nothing. My last desperate voice mail was picked up by the owner, who promptly called me back. Things moved quickly after that & the installers did a great job. But now I am being repeatedly billed for a payment I made 2 weeks ago. The check has been paid out of my bank, with Custom Closets of Georgia stamped as the payee. We have several more closets to do plus a pantry & laundry room. But we definitely will be using a different company.

Michelle was awesome in coming up with the design and accommodating my tight work schedule to get the instal done. The workers were professionals and they cleaned after themselves. Kudos for job well done!

I just love love my closets. I had the closets done for my master bedroom and two other bedrooms My laundry room and pantry. They were on time and completed job within hours. Very professional. Love the entire staff. Will be using them soon for remaining closets.
