Very friendly, called promptly and scheduled same day service!

Daniel was amazing. After I posted my request he called me...it scared me because I still had my phone in my hand!!!! He came at exactly when I scheduled and was very professional. He is so nice!!! My project was completed in one hour to the minute. My home was left clean and the fireplace never looked or worked better. I would give more stars if allowed!!!

The gentleman came to my house, tore apart my fireplace then needed a part, but never called back again. My fireplace still does not work, and I drove 150 miles to my rental house to meet with him to fix it. He left no card or contact information, so I have no idea where to contact him. He was supposed to call me in 2 days with information and a quote for services but I never heard another peep from him. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I was very happy with the service and response time. I called in the evening and Dan responded right away. The service was done the next morning. We will call Dan again for any heating and A/C maintenance or repair.

This individual who works for Custom Comfort Heating is what they call a parts changer first before diagnosing the main problem first. He cost us some money and then told us the compressor was not good. Hired some one else who said he should have diagnosed the compressor first before changing other parts on second visit then telling us the compressor was burnt. Do not recommend Custom Comfort Heating.

My furnace went out they were able to come out the next day and do the complete project. They were clean and did a very great job. Showed up on time. Dan and his crew were great to work with and the price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend them for any heating needs!

First of all, there product was excellent. The service was also excellent. They were on time, installed everything perfectly and there clean up great. They also did some duct work for us at no extra charge. I really like there attitude, very personable. They were not pushy when we had them over for an estimate and their price was right in our ballpark. I have already recommended them to three of my friends. Great company!!

THe first repair man came out and got the furnace working but then about 20 min after he left it stopped again. I called for a return visit and someone came out the next day (the one night was cold in the hosue!). This repair man did a great job and explained what to do if it wnet out again--also worked ont he humidifier. Fiexed the gas valve which he thought was causing the problem. Very nice--and the furnace works! Thanks.
