They have very reasonable prices and they do great work.we had several issues with the home we purchased, and these guys did a great job working with us.

The worst contractor we have ever hired. Sloppy, unprofessional and would not keep an appointment to come back and look at the mess. Shower floor has a 10-inch wide dip in tile and will not drain. Three grouts mixed wrong, spots missed, some grout falling out. Tiled under the bathtub and not around it, so now, the bath skirt will not fit under the bathtub. I Would never recommend them.

Custom Creations of Sarasota has just finished remodeling my bathroom. My wife picked an intricate design for the floor and Custom Creations delivered. They did a simply fantastic job. Custom Creations is of the utmost professionalism and they do excellent work from start to finish. I totally recommend Custom Creations of Sarasota for all your tile needs.

They were fantastic! They worked long and hard and did a really great job! The owner was in the tile store of where we were shopping and came over and answered all of our questions on his own time, not expecting anything. His price was very fair, showed up everyday, and did the nicest job! They did not rush the job and did the job the right way! The men were so courteous as well! What a great experience!

Jesse of Custom Creations is a.k.a. Jesse Jones Creations and entered a verbal contract with me in mid September stating what he would be doing and how long and cost. One of his team came and laid the soundproofing material on September 26, 2016. I paid him that portion of the total. Jesse's laying of the tile was to resume after Oct 12. I received a text where he said "I will get with you the beginning of the week to set a date.. No call. I sent various dates that would be good for me. No text. 10/18 I texted a plea. 10/26 He texts Nov 4 or 5. I choose 4th. I text Do not let me rearrange my day and then you not show up! I need to be reassured that you will be here. Jesse texts "I promise. 9:30 to 10am." I text..I picked up the tiles. He responds "Yes tomorrow". Friday at 10:58 am I ask ETA? I have never heard from him since. I am beside myself with grief.

We hired Jesse to demo the tile & wet green board on the 3 shower walls and replace with cement board and new tile and new window. Jesse is busy man, but he took the time to meet us at the tile store and helped with the selection. Jesse and his crew showed up the day he promised and worked every day until finished. Everything was well coordinated. I was surprised on how fast everything went. I was at work and did not receive any phone calls about problems and extras. when I got home, the final product exceeded my expectations. Our situation was urgent and Jesse accommodated. Now we have a bathroom better than we ever expected. We appreciated what he did for us and gave him a 10% tip.

Very prompt response

We had two baths retiled which should have been a 2-3 day job as we were told and it took 6 weeks and that was after our constant calling and great inconvenience. The communication among Jesse and his employees is nonexistent and his commitments mean nothing. The work itself was good but not worth all the aggravation and great inconvenience.

Jesse and team did a great job on our tile! They were timely, professional and courteous at all times. I highly recommend them for your project!
