Very professional and friendly. From start to finish Ruben stayed in communication with us . tile floors are done exactly the way we had vision.. Excellent with seeming carpet with tile.. I highly recommend Custom Creation Tile and Stone. We were visiting from out of state and learned that our daughter's Arizona home (master shower) needed to be tiled. We were on a deadline to return home, so Ruben, the owner, adjusted his schedule to meet us outside of business hours. He was VERY professional, yet personable. We appreciated his honestly and integrity so we hired his company. He remained in communication throughout the entire job and the shower looks amazing. It can be difficult to trust hired workers when state borders are crossed, but Ruben earned our trust. The shower is gorgeous and leak-proof.

They did a great job. I needed a tile repair. It was done in one afternoon, and it looks great. And the fee was totally reasonable. I will use them again!

Ruben is very approachable, honest, and timely with his responses. I liked the quality of his work and how there were no hidden costs. E.g., he recommended that I pick out the material I wanted and buy it. He would, then, go pick it up for me. His installation estimate didn't change and I knew the cost of the materials. His crew worked well and they were all very polite. I will do business with them again.
