Custom Curb Appeal of NY

We hired this company to tear out our old wooden deck and replace it with a stamped concrete patio. The end result is terrible. The pad is almost 2 inches out of square, the stamping is good in some places and nonexistent in others, there is even a faint shoe print in one spot. The border was not dark enough. The owner Keith came back and did a quick job of restaining the border and in doing so left drip marks all down the outside edges. I need to have my mulch level with the patio to cover the drip marks. The sealer is blotchy and has several light and dark spots. There is no gloss or shine to the finish and in some spots it actually looks like alligator scales. I have called and texted numerous times with no response. Finally Keith came back one time for a few minutes, took a quick look and told me he would be back later to correct everything. I have never heard another word from him. I went to a concrete company supply store to buy supplies to try and fix the mess myself. After showing the concrete expert the pictures of my patio she told me I would really need to hire a professional to fix all the issues. I have since had two companies come out to give me estimates to correct the problem. I will need to have the patio sand blasted to remove the blotchy border color and sealant and then have it reapplied correctly. Keith came across as very friendly and caring right up to the point where he got my money. At this point I would not have him come back to my home for anything.

We have loved our floor for years however it is starting to need a recoat and patched in a few spots. Left several messages with the owner and no response. This is not urgent and I told him that but not a word back when he can fit us in. Not acceptable customer service.

I was initially very happy with my curbing that was installed. The following spring I noticed some area had cracked. I contacted the business and they repeatedly told me they would be out to fix it. This is the second year now and I contacted them again in the spring. Again they said they would be out to repair the damage. 3 months have passed and still no repair. Very disappointed!

My husband and I are very pleased with Kevin and his co-worker's work. He installed curbs around my tree and flower beds. He was knowledgeable, patient and explained all of our options. Hard workers good clean up, called on a Monday was given an estimate and job started and finished on Wednesday

Be sure to check the finished product -- if you see a flaw it must be corrected immediately -- there were flaws that could only be seen when you used the kitchen door going down stairs into the garage -- the flaws were not noticeable from the outside of the garage looking in so unfortunately nothing can be done now -- lets hope with time my eyes don't notice the flaws. Overall the floor looks beautiful -- it's only when you enter the garage from the kitchen that you notice the flaw.

If you are considering having INTERIOR work done with this company-- PLEASE feel free to contact me. I have posted some photos and have more I can send you. After a brief misunderstanding on the part of Mr. Garlock between FLOOR and DRIVEWAY-- he proceeded to make an absolute mess of our basement, to the point that we now have to pay a QUALIFIED contractor to remove and/or repair his shoddy work. He was able to do one side of the basement in a halfway decent manner, then proceded to just slap on product on the other half-- his answer "well, that's going to be covered up by the washing machine". Really? He should be completely ashamed! AWFUL!

Very timely and a master at what he does

I was WAY More than pleased with his solution to my problem. It turned out better than I could have imagined. I have had him back to do another porch on another side which came out just as nice as the first porch. In a few weeks he will be doing an interior floor of an enclosed porch that is broken and uneven. AND in the spring he will be back to do a large patio in the rear of the house. I am telling everyone about him and his work. I could not be any happier about him and his work.
