We are a Custom Window treatment Business , we make most drapery and valances in our custom workroom. We specialize in Custom Drapery and valances. True quality and beautiful workmanship. We also offer the highest quality blinds shades and shutters. We have over 40 thousand fabrics, trims and drapery hardware to offer. Call for an appointment for us to come out and help you design the perfect look for your windows. We do not do installs of other products, only our own.

Two years ago the owner worked with me to design and make curtains and blinds for my windows. With the help of an installer she also installed them for me. She knew exactly what would work for my space. This week prior to getting windows replaced she came back out, took the blinds and curtains down. She came back the next day after the windows were replaced and put them back up. Kris was punctual both times I used her and was very professional. Her costs were reasonable for custom curtains and blinds. I highly recommend her to anyone.

They are unreliable, and they are not professional. They do not call when they are supposed to and you have to call out to them.

"I was running late to my appointment to deliver Mr. Garrison's set of Drapes this morning due to a busy morning. I called and talked to his wife and let her know I was running behind. I know this was upsetting to her because she had to leave the house, but I got there in time before she had to leave. Things do happen, but I always call and let my customers know if I am running behind."

I had time constraints she did comply and deliver the day before I left town. The blind was not hanging properly on the window the installer hung it 2x when he didn't get a good result he took photos for Kris to review. I didn't hear from her about 2 wks later, I called her and got the I didn't understand the problem. I told her the blinds were crooked and scheluled for her to come take a look. She came the day we agreed upon did some adjustments that were just ok. The blind still doesn't hang well. She kept telling me how the installer isn't the greatest and she keeps using him cause he's reliable. Also all I heard was how little she made.

She did the work in stages. She did the 19 feet panels , 10 of them. She just did wonderful job, make it look great. She did work for our friends, they were very happy also.
