Custom Cut Carpets

I had communicated with them via text about payment, I said by check which they agreed. When they arrived they asked again about payment and again i said check, they asked which bank which is PNC. Apparently they dont have a bank account, which I found odd. Said PNC gives them issues cashing the check and takes too long. I was by myself and could not leave to get cash. I said you can take the check or reschedule. they decided to take the check but said if the bank gave them an issue maybe i could call the bank? just not very professional.

Danielle and Mike were pleasant and did a good job on the rugs. I was so happy that they came the day I called, they had to drive an hour and a half to get to me and that is just terrific customer service. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had our carpet stretched due to buckled areas and are very pleased with the results. Danielle and Mike are professional and were great to work with. They vacuumed all fibers left on the carpet and moved my furniture back into place when the job was complete. Thank you!

Ryan is the best person I have ever had working on a property, I am a real estate agent. He was on time actually before the scheduled time. His willingness to assist in moving furniture was stellar. He stretched carpet in 5 rooms.
