They provided helpful videos explaining each step of the process, ensuring we were never left wondering about the timeline or next steps. When it came to the actual construction, Eric was truly outstanding. You can immediately tell he is a master of his craft. His eye for detail and commitment to quality were evident every single day. He worked incredibly hard to ensure every board and railing was perfect, and the finished product is a testament to his skill. We are naturally cautious when making large home purchases, but seeing this deck come to life has been so rewarding. The quality of the Trex materials combined with the elite professionalism of Custom Deck Creations resulted in a beautiful outdoor space that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
