Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Bottom line, Rob doesn't do what he says he's going to do unless you chase him with multiple phone calls. His promises to show up at a certain time aren't worth anything (not to mention inconvenient) and neither are the written guarantees on his work. My job has been 98% done for about six months now--it was a chore to get him to show up for that much--and that last 2% makes the whole thing look terrible. There's a problem with our expensive stone wall that is the result of a mistake of his that he acknowledges and says he will fix, but he simply never does. Same for the lawn repair he guaranteed and that is now full of weeds.

"This job was done in a timely manner, and i never left the job until it was done.Thet even had me do extra work, so i couldn't have been that bad. It was late fall when all the work was done. I have an email from him anyone can look at stating all water issues were resolved and grass was starting two grow, 2 Prolblem cap with glueon it& low low spot in lawn, i have all mat ready to repair."

Rob and his team go out of their way to take care of their customers. They always want the customer to be well satisfied with all of the work performed. There is no doubt in my mind that Rob and company will be hired by me for other work. They are that good.

Despite a signed contract to remove snow from a driveway and sidewalk, Custom Design & Building Services, LLC did NOT perform the service required. I have left four calls with this company (Robert Balisciano) asking for a call back to get the work done but all three calls have gone unanswered. I would NOT recommend this company perform ANY work at your home!

Basement - Remodel
The estimate was good. We liked his personality and his vision for our basement. We looked at the ratings and he had a 5 star rating. But a 6-8 week job is now in 4 months and he can't seem to return phone calls or makes appointments and then does not show up. He has started the work but then stopped for some reason.
