Custom Design Hardwood Flooring

I couldnâ t be more pleased. New flooring was installed due t water damage. This family firm did the finishing of the new floor and it was done to highest standard. It matched the existing floor perfectly. You wonâ t find a better finisher and for the money, it was a bargain. In fact, I was so satisfied with work and pricing, I gave them a bonus.

After submitting my job to HomeAdvisor, Kevin reached out within hours, gave us an extremely reasonable quote within days, and was finished with the job within two weeks of our initial contact. Talk about great customer service! I love that they're family-owned and operated. Kevin's sons work tirelessly and you can easily see that their work ethic is inherited. They're honest, affordable, knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond to calls and texts, do amazing work, and are a genuine pleasure to have in your home. I trust them completely and highly recommend!

I hired them to refinish hardwood and floors and install hardwood floors in foyer and guest bathroom. My issue is they told me they would install baseboards in bathroom but never did, I paid in full, and they said they would come back in two days to install baseboards, now they are saying that was not part of the job. I was going to have them install approximately 3400 sq ft of hardwood floors in basement and bedrooms, at a later date, but over this small issue of not installing baseboards is making me think twice.

This company and all the people I dealt with were professional, informative, dependable, and expert at what they do! They returned phone calls and texts in a timely fashion, were friendly and they did a spectacular job on our floors! I totally trusted them from day one! This company is going to be my flooring company from now on and I will highly recommend them to friends and family!

Kevin did an awesome job on my floors. They had been under carpet for an unknown amount of time, but he got all the old glue and finish off and made them look new. I was also very impressed with his prompt responses and that he was early to work each day of the job. Will definitely hire again if we move I the area and need wood floor work done.

Update 3/15/20. Had water damage which caused the floor to warp in a couple of rooms. Kevin responded quickly and sanded and refinished the floor to match his previous work.

Very nice couple to work with and work is outstanding! I could not be happier with the end result. We had a couple of issues with getting the old layers of linoleum off the hardwood floors but he worked thru the night to get it done and I was amazed. He went well above and beyond.

At first I apologized thinking if he was in upstate SC, he wouldn?t want to come to western NC to work for me. He was most agreeable to come look at and price my job. It wasn?t a big job, He is an excellent communicator. We made an appointment, communicated twice, but we had to postpone. He was excellent in rescheduling. His is a ?Family Oriented? business. Kevin is a true craftsman in his profession. He was taught by the old masters of the craft. He pays very close attention to every detail. He is respectful, courteous, very clean in his work habits, and doesn?t shortcut the process, in order to increase his profit. His prices simply cannot be beat. It has been a long time since I felt like someone went the extra mile to insure a good job was done and I was satisfied with his work. A rare quality nowadays. They came in they looked at the project done the estimate gave me a good price he knew what he was talking about, did not try to rush the project even though they had to drive a long ways
