On the morning of the expected repair I was contacted saying he would be an hour later than initially agreed. I received excellent communication regarding the minor start time change. He arrived 5 minutes ahead of the revised start time. Things happen and the communication was very professional and appreciated. The repair work was performed well. He was very careful during the demolition phase to make sure nothing inadvertently suffered any damaged. My wife is already planning to hire again with additional projects.
