Grout: Replace or Repair
Yes, I recommend this pro
Sandra was very nice and kept in touch with us throughout the project. It took longer than we anticipated for the work to be completed, but it was due to the fact that the grout needed to be dry before continuing. Overall, the customer service was excellent and we are hoping that this time our grout will last a lot longer than the last time we had it cleaned and painted by another company.

Sandra is wonderful to work with. They helped us out in repairing an indoors fountain and fixed it quickly, helping us out as we were under a time constraint. I would definitely recommend them.

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Repair

I had no complaints about the labor portion, but the business portion was terrible. No follow up on ANY commitments, ie will call with a quote, no call, will text a quote, no text, will confirm the availability of labors/start date. Based on the management/sales/quoting portion, I would not recommend this company.
