We offer free estimates on complete whole-house Anlin and Marvin window installations, new Therma-Tru exterior doors, and James Hardie fiber cement siding. What an amazing experience! I highly recommend Custom Exteriors to anyone who will listen. We worked with Custom Exteriors to replace our front door. Everything from the initial consultation, to schedule updates, installation, and follow-up felt highly personalized with a smooth transition at every phase of the project. Jason Rugaard was our Project Manager. He came to our home for a free consultation, listened to what we wanted, and walked us through our options. We talked about our budget, and he suggested adjustments we could make based on our priorities so we could make the best choice for us. We came away feeling a lot more informed with absolutely no pressure. We had narrowed our choice down to two companies: (1) Custom Exteriors and (2) another very reputable company (Company #2). After our first meeting, we emailed questions to both Jason and the representative from Company #2. Jason's follow-up was amazing. Jason replied within hours (if not within minutes) to our questions, and our subsequent questions. Regarding Company #2, I never heard back from them regarding our original questions, and that was June 9. It is now August 5. Company #2 is a good company, but they are also very large. In contrast, the high-touch experience with Custom Exteriors as a local, family-owned business made us feel confident we would never get lost inside a "big machine." You may have stopped reading by now, but I still have more to say. :-) The handoff between Jason and scheduling with the team was great. We only worked with a handful of people, and everybody was wonderful. They were very proactive, highly communicative, and worked so well together. Our customer experience was seamless. They managed everything so I never felt I needed to manage anything. When it came time to install the door (which was ahead of schedule), the installers arrived on time. They were very personable, professional, and efficient. I love supporting local family-owned businesses. Sometimes people think when we go with a bigger company, we might save money. But that was not the case! Custom Exteriors offered the same product for the same price as a much bigger and reputable competitor. More importantly, the feeling we had of being a truly valued customer was priceless.

We interviewed several local window companies with high reputations, and found Custom Exteriors to be very engaging, supportive of our questions and worked with us to get a great plan. The process was seamless with regular updates, on time delivery of the windows, and installation that was done faster than expected. Everything went in smoothly, last minute changes were no problem, and we are completely satisfied and would personally recommend Custom Exteriors and Anlin windows to anyone who is looking for an excellent experience and product.

Couldnâ t have been easier. The selection process was clearly explained. They handled all the permits. Instillation took two days and I had all new windows. The installers were timely, efficient, friendly and left no remnants of the old windows behind. They nicely also put back the blinds. The windows are such an improvement from the original single pane. Itâ s cut down the street noise remarkably and they are much easier to operate. The only thing left is a new front door and for sure Custom Exteriors is where Iâ ll shop. I canâ t express how pleased I am with the results.

Custom Exteriors, Inc. was recommended by a neighbors who was extremely pleased with their new windows and sliding doors. Based on their recommendation, I contacted Custom Exteriors, Inc. to replace all of my windows and sliding glass doors. The entire crew arrived on schedule. They were gracious and very easy to work with. They provided high quality, professional service and their work was impeccable. The original aluminum, single-paned windows and doors from the 1960s were replaced with beautiful, high quality dual-paned vinyl windows and doors. It greatly improved the appearance of each room, and the high quality sound reduction glass has greatly reduced any outside noise. I love my new windows and sliders. Frankly, the quality of care and professional workmanship they provided merits far more than a 5-star rating. I would highly recommend Custom Exteriors, Inc.

Our representative Jeff was a pleasure to work with and checked in with us along the way. We had some delays with our order that was out of anyone's control due to material shortages, but Jeff did his best to keep us on track. Roman and his install team were in and out in 2 days and cleaned up after their work. Quality is top notch and Jeff made sure we were completely satisfied.

We hired them to replace windows and exterior doors. From beginning to end they were pleasant, helpful, and reliable. When we needed to delay installation because of intervening work on the foundation, they were gracious and accommodating. When the work was done they showed up on time and were competent, polite, efficient, and neat. I would certainly hire them again.

I would recommend Custom Exteriors in a heartbeat. Jeff Kendall was wonderful to work with. The employees that installed the windows took great care. They put down drop cloths, paper on the floor and plastic over all the furniture. They cleaned up at the end of both days. Jeff came for a follow up visit to make sure everything was done right. I really appreciated the great customer service. You don't see that very much anymore. I am very pleased with my new Anlin windows!

What a difference this beautiful new windows make in our condo 40+ years old and had the original, single paned windows when we bought it. All the people with whom we worked were reliable, punctual, efficient, and pleasant. Several of our neighbors had used Custom Exteriors and raved about them. The windows were in in two days, the exterior siding was done the third day and the scaffolding came down two days after that. My neighbor was amazed the scaffolding came down so quickly as she's seen other install jobs where it remained for weeks. Top notch firm!

Custom Exteriors has replaced windows and sliding glass doors for the three homes in which I have lived during the past 20+ years. They have also replaced windows and (large) sliding glass doors for my parents' (upscale) home and they fit right in, just fine. For two of the homes, almost all of the windows were replaced and it made a **huge** difference in both sound reduction and comfort. In my current home, three (drafty) windows and a sliding glass door were replaced in the kitchen/dining/living room area. I still can't believe how much quieter and more comfortable it is -- no longer drafty and it doesn't become hot in this area! Anlin Brand Windows/Doors were installed in each instance and I do believe they are of superior quality. Also, Anlin products are manufactured in California! In one of my homes, there was a minor glitch with one of the double-hung windows and Anlin sent someone out and fixed it for free -- about 15 years after installation. The large sliding glass doors are surprisingly easy to open and close. I was impressed by the great attitude of each installation crew. Definitely highly trained and talented! Another benefit of replacing the windows and doors with Anlin is that, in all cases, the PGE bill has definitely decreased and has been wonderful that the furnace doesn't have to run so much (extending its useful life). I give Custom Exteriors and Anlin products the highest rating all the way around.

What a great experience working with Custom Exteriors! I spoke with Jeff Kendall about all these squeaking birds - squeaking all night outside my home. The installers showed up on time, cleaned as they worked, removed the old foot and trim. Sealed nail holes. Tested door for plumb. Made sure locks slid in freely without binding or rubbing. Over-all an outstanding job! Dean

I love my new Anolin windows! They are not only double paned windows, they are tinted and energy efficient. Custom Exteriors did a great job advising us. They performed health checks each day and they wore masks during this COVID19 time. The installation went well. The installers worked very hard in the heat. They were respectful, curious, timely and neat,. Each night of the week long installation they cleaned up too. Roberto was the best! Each day before he left he would inform me of what time they would be back in the morning and did a great job leading the team if very hard workers. Also I could not have worked with a nicer office manager, Laticia. She was so professional, sweet and she made me feel like I was family. Michael the scheduler was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. My overall experience was great! I have already recommended Custom Exteriors to my neighbors and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking For a professional job to hire them you wonâ  t be disappointed!
