The contractors which worked for this company were great - however, the owner of Custom Fence will not return phone calls on our problem with one of the gates. He continues to be unresponsive and we paid over $13,000 dollars for the fence! Our next steps are legal and BBB. This contractor will not stand behind his warranty or his word. Do not use this company!

Wood Fence Installation
Dave and his crew had the unenviable task of ripping out 120 feet of old and rotting 6' tall fencing, including the concrete-bases for the posts that were intertwined in tree roots. The installation was the new fence was difficult as well as those same roots, rocks and ledge presented many challenges. Result? A brand new backyard area with a lovely cedar fence surrounding it - the adjoining neighbors were delighted as well. Thanks Dave and crew!

We needed a dog run built incorporating an existing deck, which would require both chain link as well as a new wood gate and trellis on the deck to contain our two small dogs. As a dog owner himself, David Henderson was extremely helpful in planning the fencing to ensure our inquisitive and mischievous dogs would be safe. David and his crew were polite, hardworking (despite the high heat and humidity), and ensured the job was finished expertly to meet our needs.

They showed up and started installing my fence as arranged. they are very courteous and prof. They worked very clean with concern for maintaining a neat and clean work site. Custom Fence Design just completed installation of my fence and they did an outstanding job with a lot of attention to detail. They worked clean and cleaned up all debris even the excess dirt and stones left after digging the post holes. I am 100% satisfied with the final product.

Crew left fence parts all over yard that mower found...Drove trucks in back yard and left ruts... Had to put tape up to show problems where fence needed fixed...

"Customer became frustrated because he thought I wasn't answering his request for an additional gate. I have since forwarded the email where I did actually send him his quote. He called to tell me he was going on vacation, and would straighten this out then. Have not heard back from customer to date."
