Custom Floor Coating

Greg always answered texts and calls promptly. That is huge for me! He completed the job on time, and was always polite and professional. I was very nervous about the floor being okay because of the time of year I was having it done. Greg went out of his way to make sure I understood the process, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I am extremely happy with my new garage floor!

This company created a gorgeous epoxy floor. This was all done before we moved in and it went flawlessly from start to finish. We trusted them with our house code and they made sure all was locked when they left. Highly recommended this trusting company.

I had always wanted to have my garage floors epoxied to make them look nice. I got a personal recommendation from an acquaintance and ultimately decided to use TriCities. The estimate was straight forward and Greg came out where we discussed the work to be done and the cost. It would take two days to do and the cars would have to be out for at least a week or more (depending on how fast the curing process takes). Greg and his crew came out and they sanded the floors first (be prepared for the dust) and got rid of the surface imperfections. They patched some spots and laid down the base layer, sprinkled the flakes and that completed the first day. On the second day they applied the clearcoat. I have to say it came out better than I expected. I was surprised how glossy (which I like) it came out. It takes a while to dry, so be aware. I did have a minor issue when I lowered the garage door, as some of the dust that collected on the door fell onto the still tacky finish. I contacted Greg and he came back the next day a fixed the issue. So be careful about that dust until the floor is dry. So, to summarize, I was very pleased with the work and the responsiveness given the minor issue I had with the dust. The floor looks amazing, and I am so glad that I did it. I will likely have them come back to do work on my patio. Highly recommend their work.

STAY FAR AWAY! Concrete drive looked good for a week, then color started to come off. No follow up, wonâ t return texts. A real fly by night guy. DONT USE HIM!

He coated my pool concrete on labor day weekend. Closed the pool up and by next spring the coating had all kinds of cracks. Called them about warranty would'nt return my call until I sued him in small claims court.

Greg and his crew recently did my driveway walkway and back porch. He did an amazing job with coating all of the areas and made a beautiful flagstone pattern. I would highly recommend using them for your project!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE JOB!! Had him do two jobs first one was fine. The next year had him do another job and there are no words to say how terrible a job they did. They were supposed to coat the rest of the driveway like the year before. He told me it would be no problem to match it up and it is not close. He has ruined my driveway and damaged part of my yard by spilling chemicals on it. I thought it was going to be fine when I gave the final walk but after he left and the driveway dried from the sealant it was terrible. Would never return any of my texts. I WISH I COULD GIVE HIM A LOWER SCORE !!!

I am very pleased with the appearance and the quality of the "new" floor in my 40+ year-old carport! I would recommend Greg and Custom Floor Coating to anyone interested in removing oil stains, cracks, etc. in old concrete garage or carport floors.
